
马来西亚陈氏太极协会成立的宗旨,是系统性地推广正宗陈氏太极拳,秉持“以拳养身、以德修心”的理念,弘扬太极文化。
The Malaysia ChenShi Taiji Association was established to systematically promote authentic Chen-style Taiji, upholding the philosophy of cultivating health through practice and character through discipline.

陈氏太极拳起源于中国河南陈家沟,是所有太极拳流派之源。其特点包括刚柔并济、缠丝劲、快慢相间,兼具养生与武术实用性。
Chen-style Taiji originated from Chenjiagou, Henan, China, and is the root of all Taiji styles. It is known for its spiral energy, combination of softness and power, and its balance between health cultivation and martial application.
马来西亚陈式太极拳总会成立于1994年,并于1996年正式注册。三十年来,在首任总会长李文剑老师的领导下,总会稳健发展,积极推广陈式太极拳。
如今,李老师功成身退,由罗名江老师接任总会长,承继基础、开创新局,持续推动陈式太极拳在马来西亚及国际间的发展

以基本架构为主,注重松沉、缠丝劲与动作连贯性,是学习陈氏太极的基础套路。

刚柔并济,包含快速发劲与爆发力训练,提升力量与实战意识。

Emphasizes silk-reeling energy and internal structure with more refined movements, enhancing internal skill and coordination.

讲究轻灵、圆活与身剑合一,提升身法、协调性与专注力。

融合太极拳法与扇法,刚柔并用,兼具表演性与实用性。

左右配合,节奏明快,提升协调能力与身体控制力。

气势宏大,讲究整体发力与稳定下盘,增强体力与内劲。

以缠、拿、崩、点为核心,训练精准、速度与内外合一。
